How To Order

Blackborder uses a traditional shopping cart to take our orders. You can access the shopping cart from the Price Guide. When you begin to add items to your shopping cart, our site will remember the contents for you. You will need a username and password to complete and pay for your order, and this will enable us to store your personal details for later orders so you don't have to enter them again (we do not store credit card details, spam you, or give your details to any third parties).

Order by following these simple steps:

1. Visit Blackborder.com.

2. Find the card or cards you want to buy by using our Card Search boxes or by looking through the sets listed in the left lower sidebar.

3. Enter in the number of copies of that card you want to buy and then click the 'Buy' button. You will now be taken to your shopping cart and you will be able to see that the card or cards you just ordered are in your cart.

4. When you have stopped choosing what you want to buy, you must pay for your items and choose how you want them to be shipped to you. Click 'Checkout' and follow the instructions to add your address, etc. You will need to choose a method of payment. Your choices are: credit card, PayPal, personal check and money order. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete making the payment. Then all you do is wait for your cards to arrive!

Who Am I Buying From?

Blackborder works in partnership with a store called adventuresON.com. When you buy through this website, you are officially buying from them.

adventuresON.com works very hard to give a high standard of service, but the Blackborder system also has the advantage that you can talk to us at Blackborder about problems too - so you get an added layer of protection which you do not get with other stores.
Shipping Information

Here is the shipping help page, which gives all possible shipping details for the items in your cart.

Blackborder stores are not responsible for any uninsured shipments. All Priority and Express shipments within the US are insured. Ground shipments cannot be insured and are under no guarantee.

All cards are shipped well protected to ensure that they reach the customer in the condition they left the store in.
Accepted Methods of Payment

Payment can be made through Blackborder.com in the following forms:

Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express (using our secure server)
Personal Check (including electronic checks through PayPal)
PayPal
Money/Postal Orders


We reserve the right to cancel your order if payment is not received. If you do not pay immediately after your order, email and let us know why and when you will pay so that we do not cancel the order. Payment by any method can be made after the time of your order from the Your Account section of the site.
Can You Send My Order To A Different Address From My Credit Card Billing Address?

Your order will always be shipped to your credit card billing address, unless you verify your credit card with us. If your card is not verified, we will ignore requests for a separate shipping address, and ship your order to the billing address.

You can verify your credit card with us by following the appropriate link in the Your Account section of the site.
Refunds Policy

Stores will give refunds to customers who are disatisfied with the condition of the cards, subject to the following conditions:

- They must be notified by email within 30 days after the order is made (not after the payment is received)
- The email must state the nature of the complaint and must have the order number included for our reference
- Returns are shipped at the customers expense and a copy of the order receipt must be included
- A 10% restocking fee will be charged for most returns

Blackborder is not responsible for returns lost in transit or which do not arrive in a timely manner. Any cards sent without a copy of the order receipt, without email notification or outside the time limit will be returned.
Privacy Policy

All the information forming your Blackborder.com user profile such as your full name, mailing and email addresses will be kept in strict privacy and shared with nobody. We store information in the form of order receipts and invoices and on our Internet server. You have full access to and can change at any time the information kept on the server by contacting us at technical@blackborder.com. We do not divulge any personal details whatsoever to any third party, unless required by law.
Problems with Orders

If you discover any problems with your order, for example, the wrong cards or wrong number of cards were sent, then contact the store directly at customerservice@adventuresON.com or Blackborder.com can be contacted by email at customerservice@adventuresON.com. We will work to resolve your problem as quickly as possible.
Changing Orders

We keep prices low by operating a fast, automated system. Because of this, we are unable to make any changes to orders once they have been placed. Products cannot be changed, removed or added. Shipping options cannot be changed.

As much as we would like to help customers with requests for order changes, the only way an order can be altered is if it is cancelled completely and a new order made.

If your order is still status "Awaiting Payment", you can cancel the order yourself in the Your Account section, and automatically add the contents of the order to your cart if you want.
Any Legal Questions

When you buy through Blackborder.com, you are buying from our affiliate store, Adventures. They are contactable by email: customerservice@adventuresON.com. The contract of sale you are making is between the store(s) and yourself. Blackborder is not a party to the sale contract in any way. We provide only the software and Internet site our stores operate from. If you wish to contact Blackborder.com concerning a sales problem, you can send email to technical@blackborder.com and we will try to solve your problem, intervening on your behalf if necessary.

For almost alll queries, response will be faster if you deal directly with the store at customerservice@adventuresON.com.
Why Is That My Delivery Estimate?

Delivery and Despatch estimates are just that - estimates. We do not control the Postal Service, so estimates can never be completely accurate. A high percentage of orders arrive before their estimated date.

If your estimate seems a bit late, the reasons for that will be:
-Time added to the estimate for possible unforeseen USPS delays.
-Time added to take account of differences in global time zones.
-Time added to take account of weekends.

If you will have to wait for a card to be found, we will tell you about it very clearly during checkout. Everything else, we have in stock. We don't take your money without first making it totally clear what you are paying for.
Combining Multiple Orders

When shipping multiple orders to the same customer at the same time, we may combine these orders at our discretion. Where possible, we will issue partial shipping cost refunds in this situation, but this is entirely at our discretion and we reserve the right to combine orders without making shipping refunds. In the case of multiple orders being made to gain additional promotional items, we will not issue shipping costs refunds.
