creature destruction?

is there any possible way to make a flat out creature destruction deck in standard after return comes out since majority of my deck will cycle out with most of the creature kills in m12 and mirrodin

It's hard to say right now... We still need to see what RTR will bring. Until then, stock up on Murder, Tragic Slip, and Searing Spear ;)

@ wolvieg: I was running a GB kind-of-aggro standard deck, but then I opened a Bonfire of the Damned and had to adjust it to Jund. My pont is, Bonfire of the Damned is insane (maybe save when you are up against a crowded board with a full set of [/card]Blood Artist[/card]).

While the Scars of Mirrodin block is around in standard, you can always Noxious Revival your used Bonfire of the Damned or any other miracle of your choice.

Yes, Noxious Revival grants you a miracle cost casting, if your library does not get tampered by another effect.

Elixir of Immortality can serve other fine purposes, such as fighting mill decks or giving a singleton card a second (third, fourt or so) chance of beign played, but it does not guarantee you drawing the card you need. I guess it all depends on what exactly is that you need.
