it seems that a lot of the cards in this set are going to require heavy mana investment on the active players turn to either play a threat or deal with one. if that provves true, detain will br a better mechanic yhan it looks.
this card is nuts but not much better than Doom Blade to be honest. The fact that you can't kill artifacts with that AND dual-colored creatures makes it not very good. Go for the throat was 1000 times better. On the other hand, at least it's another kill spell for 2.
ya basically a kill deck replacement i might as well add it in there when i get it until we see anything better i just dont like that it wont kill any of the guild leaders or champions
Really disappointed to lose the Black instant speed kill spells and get these instead. I could use Doom Blade, GftT, Dismember, etc in any black deck. Now I am stuck with sorcery speed mono-colored kill.
