I built a deck very similar to this. You have some great effects here, but having so many one-of and two-of makes the deck inconsistent. You could try adding more Jace Beleren, Circu, Dimir Lobotomist and Nemesis of Reason to help ensure drawing them when needed. Experience taught me that it is a good idea to have more than 10 creatures and that instant-speed removal is often needed.
In my opinion, Riddlekeeper and Propaganda are mutually excluding or at least kind of redundant. If you have Propaganda out chances are you will not be attacked that often, so Riddlekeeper loses value.
Thanks! About Riddlekeeper and Propaganda, I had the same sentiments as well. Currently I am just testing out their effects in conjunction with each other. I probably would take out Riddlekeeper if I had to choose. Thanks for the advice =).
