What you need a single Lightning Greaves for? What do you think of Undead Alchemist to round Lich Lord of Unx?
Try to make the deck on 60 cards, maybe moving Zombie Apocalypse, the Grimoires, or Rooftop Storm.
I agree with you, it's gonna be 60 cards in the end. I considered the Undead Alchemists also, but didn't find room for them. I'll probably sideboard them in the beginning and see where they'll fit in. Also taking your advise and getting rid of the grimoir of the dead, call to the grave and apocalypse. And sideboard rooftop storm. But the greaves I am keeping. For sure they will come in handy in protecting grimgrin, havengul lich or a sangromancer.
Anyway... Think this could work. Might take out some of the remove and make room for more smaller zombies... Thx for feedback.
For purposes of consistency, you need to work on those one-ofs. If you want to keep Lightning Greaves, go ahead and do so, but if you keep it due to considering it important to have the on the board then try to run more copies of it. If you cannot tutor a card, having only one instance will make it difficult to draw.
Also try to evaluate if those Diregraf Captains and Call to the Kindred are worth the while. Half your creratures are not zombies. Diregraf Captain is nce to have arround to get value of your opponen's removal and for boosting other zombies; however, I am not so sure about Call to the Kindred.
If you ever commit to mill archetype, I suggest you consider Thoutgh Scour over Mind Spring and by all means have Undead Alchemist on the main if you take the zombie-mill path. You should also take a look at Increasing Confusion.
