So are you hoping for your opponent to die from just the Batwing Brume, and whatever they attack with? This deck sees caught between a mill deck, and a blue stall deck. If you are hoping to win by milling your opponent you need to have Traumatize, Sanity Grinding, Mind Funeral or something else to do the milling while you stall.

i like the non tezzeret mill with jace plan better

Take out the tezereth. Its a lategame fetcher for sumthing ull already have out. Jace is a way better choice. It does what tezereth try's to fetch, its 2 land cheaper and it also mills ur opponent
