This deck was originally a funny deck I slapped together with leftover cards from the Jace vs. Chandra set, and some random blues and reds. Played it against some friends, got stomped, they laughed. I vowed revenge, and here we are.
The deck's kinda big for my tastes, but I'm posting it here for some assistance.
A. Should I drop any cards? (NOTE- I am not buying any new cards for this deck, please do not tell me to go get 3 more Chandras, 4 Banefires, etc.. I do not have that kind of expendable income. What we got here is what I got to work with.)
B. Or, is the deck fine as-is? Does it seem viable, good enough balance in red and blues?
C. Should I add more MANA?

i think i have an idea as to where this deck goes wrong
i know you dont want me to say this, but you need three more chandra nalaar
that's your trump card in the deck. with only 1 out of your 72 cards going for the the win, i can see why you were laughed at.
other than that, your lands are ok, a terramorphic expanse never hurts
over all a very good deck!
i think the idae behand this deck is a great one u just got to try to drop it donw to 60 65 cards i think Chandra Nalaar is awwsome but u seem to be have the same things go wrong with this deck that i have go wrong with alot of mine ur just trying to do 2 much play it as is a few game see how it runs then try to get it to 65 then play a few more then try for 60 over all this is a great deck it look fun to play good job
Considering the mass amounts of burns in the deck, if I can't afford more Chandras, should I just remove the one copy of her altogether? I always saw her in my deck as a trump card. I've got tons of burns and counters, so Chandra doesn't feel like the main focus.
that is one idae u could i just posted my Deck with her in it win i seen urs it made me think about mine i with her and all most all brun spell then thing im have a hurd time with is keep her alive the poeple i play with most of the time will chose to kill off ur planeswalker and then come back for u she a lil hurder to kill then some but win u are play a Army of elf's or and hurd hiting Dargon deck it dont take long for her to die so thats the only donw side i have fond to her other then that she is a awwsome card
