i can`t wait for Zendikar, the basic lands look better than ever. not too crazy about the planechase sets. great update.
I bought Metallic Dreams, and oh boy. Bosh... DS Forge... Well worth the cash.
Psst. Here's a hint. You don't need to run Nissa's Chosen for Nissa to be playable--maybe if you put some thought into what you say on your little show, you'd realize that?
@ Anonymous (9/14/2009, 00:47): In standard, do you plan to just use the 4 mana planeswalker to get to her ultimate ability by +1ing with the second ability and gaining X life. This strategy doesn't seem plausible as without heritage druid and nettle sentinel Nissa can't be played until turn 3 and, therefore, you can only have 2-3 elves (at best, assuming you get a first turn llanowar elves, second turn elvish archdruid, third turn Nissa and second elf that costs 3 or less) and even then you're over-committing, and can't really start winning till turn 5 with an aggro deck in the most ideal situation where you have 2 lords, but, more likely turn 6 or 7. Also, Nissa's ultimate will never be reached with your opponent having the ability to just hit the walker for 1 damage within 6 turns. It's clear her ultimate will win the game, assuming you've established they have no board sweepers at this point, but it'll never be played in standard without the chosen.
I hate Elves. =/ Mean little bastards just multiply and get stronger. Anyhoo, why not run the Chosen? it's a win win.. they die they just go back in the library to come back out with her final ability..
Well there are many new things coming up and there are also certain new levels which needs to be significantly redefined and worked upon.
Well I find facebook quiet an interesting social website on which I have got my promotions of replica handbag going on.
