This is what I'm looking at playing for Extended. Maybe right now but most likely not till after the October rotation.
The logic for some of my card choices:
All is Dust: Takes care of Enchants, Planeswalkers, everything at once even if it's indestructible.
Broken Ambitions: I'm running these main board over Mana Leak for the simple fact that this deck is almost garunteed to go into the late game where the Leaks just aren't going to stop my opponent from trying to play a threat. It also let's me get a quick peek at my next card as well as my opponents with the Clash. The Leaks are in sideboard for faster aggro or combo decks.
Broodmate Dragon: When I played this in Standard I ran two Broodmates and one Baneslayer Angel. What I found nine times out of ten is that the Slayer would get dealt with before it ever had a chance to swing so now I prefer getting the two threats for one out of the Broodmates.
The sideboard is pretty generic right now. Depending on what my meta starts looking like I may add in Burrenton Forge-Tenders for RDW builds or more Oblivion Rings if I'm seeing lots of Planeswalkers. Maybe even put the Double Negatives that I had in for Standard back in case people here try to roll their Jund decks over into Extended.
Intelligent suggestions are welcomed. The one card I have little interest in adding here is Mind Sculptor, so intelligent suggestions other than that are welcome. It's not just the fact that he's insanely overpriced it's also that with a 5cc deck you can literally cast every card in the format so you have to be very selective on just what you can fit into the 60 cards. He's just not doing enough for me.

An all color deck, that's cool. When you ran this in standard how did it do usually?
Since you said games with this deck would go into late-game, you might put in Enigma Sphinx. You could play anything from your current setup when you cast this, because of it's cascade mechanic. From the looks of your deck it would be beneficial almost every time you cast the Sphinx.
I don't think that Enigma Sphinx is the greatest idea. You would run into the problem of wasting Banefire and Broken Ambitions.
My only suggestion would be trying to fit in 1 or 2 copies of Call of the Skybreaker. A retracable 5/5 flying token is never a bad thing.
I think Grave Titan would be a better choice than the Broodmate. The shear CA the Titan offers is insane, and with the high level of control the deck has, 90% of the time the path will be clear for a swing of 10, 14 game.
The Titan could be something I may look at depending on how the meta swings. I like that he's easier to cast but I don't like that he's giving me smaller bodies with him. I also don't dig his price tag. LoL For right now I like the 4/4 split with the Broodmates and the flying is a huge plus for them.
@Turkish when this deck was in Standard it was pretty close to what I've got here and it was insanely successful. This deck was (in my opinion) the motivation for the printing of Anathemancer and it along with Fae also prompted the printing of Banefire and Great Sable Stag. The Stag was always a pain in the ass before and since the meta I'm predicting to be about the same as it was then is the reason I've got the two Consuming Vapors is board to help deal with the protection from using Cryptic to bounce it or Terminate to kill it.
I've got this sleeved up and ready to go so I'm pretty anxious to get to FNM this weekend and do some play testing to see if I can pilot this as well as I did before.
Alright, first thing I'm going to say is... Needs more Jace, the Mind Sculptor. I know what you're going to say, and while 5cc ran fine before without him, it won't run fine without him against him, he is the real deal (Patrick Chapin AND I am telling you so now :P).
I would definitely agree with Grave Titan as a better kill option, just because he overwhelms the board better and his tokens are black (sometimes an issue what with the red tokens :S). I would also strongly recommend putting in a Sphinx of Jwar Isle or two into your Sideboard, they are great against decks full of creature hate.
You have alot of 1of's mainboard, I'm not sure how beneficial these will be without any sort of regular occuring number. I'd look at Oblivion Ring more than Bolt because of it's versatility, and I'd really look and try to fit in Path to Exile (amazing against the decks you'll have to most problem with, fast mean aggro). I'd move the All is Dust to the board, it's good but will need to be a Day most of the time (especially in our meta).
I would also recommend a Prophetic Prism or two, probably not mainboard, but sideboard for sure. Your biggest problem with this deck is going to be cards like Spreading Seas, and even Contaminated Grounds can really hurt you. Back in the days when this was standard hate on non-basic lands was pretty low, now you have those as well as Tectonic Edge (which you should run a couple of if at all possible).
I'll leave it by saying this, new Extended will be impacted by Standard cards much more so than old Extended. In my standard environment I run 5 board wipes main board, I also run 6 counter spells now and am having a lot of luck with that. I'd just work on the numbers some mostly, look at what was good a couple of years ago, as well as what is good now and how they will work together. I think 5cc is a very viable deck, and that your list just needs some minor tweaking. Your sideboard as well needs some tweaking, but that's meta dependent. Locally I can tell you that you'll probably want some red hate now that they have access to some mean things (combust is a regular for killing walls, and plumeveil is definitely a suitable target).
Hope this helps buddy, and I'll be ready to show you some agro fun with my knights deck soon (hooray for tier 3 strategies :D)!
